These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mass PC Repair website (masspcrepair.com) and the services we provide. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We provide in-person computer repair and support services including, but not limited to: virus and malware removal, hardware repair and upgrades, and data recovery assistance. All services are subject to assessment and availability of parts where applicable.
We make no guarantee that any particular repair outcome will be achieved. The success of repairs and data recovery depends on factors that we cannot always predict or control, including the condition of the device, availability of parts, and the nature of the problem. We will always provide an honest assessment of what is likely before any work is undertaken.
Before carrying out any paid work, we will provide you with an estimate. We will not proceed with work beyond the agreed scope without your explicit authorisation. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be revised if additional issues are discovered, with your knowledge and approval.
When you leave a device with us for service, we will take reasonable care of it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that is not noted at the time of drop-off. We ask that you back up your data before bringing a device in for service, as we cannot be responsible for data loss resulting from the repair process, even when care is taken.
Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after completion of service and notification may be subject to storage fees. Devices abandoned after 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
Payment is due upon collection of a repaired device or completion of service. We accept common payment methods and will communicate accepted payment options at time of service. We reserve the right to retain a device until payment is made in full.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mass PC Repair's liability in connection with any repair or service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of income resulting from the failure of a device or the performance of our services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
